Promotion Details

  1. Mega lucky draw promotion would be run in May 3rd,2023.
  2. Prizes (e-money) would be awarded to all winners, who will be selected via a random selection process.

Who is Eligible:

  1. All ONE Cash customers who have successfully verified their wallet accounts and completed at least one financial transaction as mentioned in clause (3) of these terms and conditions (“ONE Cash Customers”)will be eligible for this promotional offer.
  2. ONE Cash users who have not verified their accounts, prior to the start of the Promotion Period, can also become eligible by getting their account verified during the Promotion Period.
  3. The promotional offer would be available for existing as well as new subscribers, provided their accounts have been successfully verified prior to or during the Promotion Period.
  4. ONE Cash employees (direct & indirect), their family members and channel partners are NOT eligible for the promotional offer.
  5. This promotion is valid ONLY in the following governorates: Sana’a, Dhamar, Ibb, Hudaidah, Amran, Taiz (Al-Hoban).

How to Participate:

All verified ONE Cash Customers, can join the promotion by doing at least one financial transaction, from the below given list, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Cash in
  2. Cash out
  3. AT purchase
  4. P2P money transfer
  5. Bill payment
  6. Merchant payment
  7. Transactions like P2P receiving money, balance check, KYC submission etc., which are not included in above list, would NOT be considered valid for promotion entry.

Winners and Prizes:

  1. There would a total of 7 winners for the Mega Lucky Draw promotion.
  2. 4 winners would receive 250,000/- YER (two hundred and fifty thousand Yemeni Rial) in their ONE Cash wallet.
  3. 2 winners would receive 500,000/- YER (five hundred thousand Yemeni Rial) in their ONE Cash wallet.
  4. 1 winner would receive 1,000,000/- YER (one million Yemeni Rial) in their ONE Cash wallet.

Notification to Winners:

Every winner will be informed about the prize via SMS, ONE Cash notification and a call from ONE Cash  Contact Center.

Selection Process

  1. Winners would be selected by ONE Cash via a random selection process, which would be conducted internally.

Prize Distribution

  1. All the winners would be invited to ONE Cash office for felicitation and award ceremony where the prize money would be transferred in to their respective ONE Cash wallets.
  2. This ceremony would be conducted on xx.xx.2023

The offer would be communicated to everyone via the following:

  1. ONE Cash  website
  2. ONE Cash  Facebook page
  3. ONE Cash  agent shops
  4. ONE Cash  app notifications and/ or SMS
  5. The users can visit any of the above locations to get detailed information about the promotional offer.

Other Terms & Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published, ONE Cash Terms and Conditions.

  1. ONE Cash , with the prior approval of the Board of Directors, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to canvassing or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. The prizes are non-transferable.
  3. By accepting a prize, a ONE Cash Customer will be deemed to have granted ONE Cash the right to use and publish their name and picture in such media as ONE Cash may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for information, advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
  4. ONE Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any technical or commercial reason without prior notice and without any legal liability. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the ONE Cash Customers in accordance with clause (8) of these terms and conditions and will be published on the ONE Cash website (onecashye.com) and ONE Cash Facebook page (facebook.com/onecashye).
  5. ONE Cash Agents and Merchants and their employees, employees of ONE Cash, ONE Cash Key Accounts, and any other supplier or third party directly involved with the facilitation of this Promotion and their immediate families and dependents are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  6. Each prize winner will be required to declare or affirm in the Form of Discharge that they do not belong to any of the restricted groups of persons.
  7. If a ONE Cash Customer is selected as the winner of a prize and notified accordingly and he/she does not claim the prize within a period of three (3) months from the closing date of the promotion, they will be deemed to have forfeited the same.
  8. Prize money will be paid directly into the winners’ ONE Cash wallets and ONE Cash  will not do any negotiation or exchange. Prize money decisions are made by ONE Cash .
  9. Any individual or group of individuals, who are prohibited by the law of the residential country, will not be eligible for the promotional offers.
  10. No one from ONE Cash Call Center and service personnel will ask ONE Cash  Customer for PIN and/ or OTP. Kindly, ONE Cash  Customers shall not reply if asked.
  11. These terms and conditions nor this promotional offer shall apply to any suspicious transactions which will be subject to ONE Cash general policies.
  12. ONE Cash ’s has the sole authority to decide over any dispute arising out of or connected to these terms and conditions.
