Promotion details

Promotional program offering on cashback on cash-in would be available for the entirety of Ramadhan month from (1st to 30th) (March 23rd to April 19th, 2023)

Who is eligible:

  1. All ONE Cash customers, who have successfully verified their wallet accounts by submitting the desired KYC documents, will be eligible for this promotional offer.
  2. ONE Cash users who have not verified their accounts, prior to start of the promotion, can also become eligible by getting their account verified during the promotion period.
  3. The promotional offer would be available for existing as well as new subscribers, provided their accounts have been successfully verified prior to or during the promotion period.
  4. This promotion is valid ONLY in the following governorates: Sana’a, Dhamar, Ibb, Hudaidah, Amran, Taiz (Al-Hoban).

How to avail the offer:

All ONE Cash customers who do a cash-in of >=3,000 YER any time during the promotion period would receive a cashback bonus of 500 YER in their ONE Cash wallet account.

Conditions and availability:

  1. The cashback would be offered ONLY on the first CI transaction of value >=3,000 YER during the promotion period.
  2. Example 1: User A does 3 CI transactions in this sequence 1,000 YER, 3,500 YER and 5,000 YER during the promotion period. User A will get 500 YER for 2nd CI transaction. No cashback would be offered on 3rd CI transaction.
  3. Example 2: User B does 3 CI transactions in this sequence 3,000 YER, 3,500 YER and 5,000 YER during the promotion period. User B will get 500 YER for 1st CI transaction. No cashback would be offered on 2nd & 3rd CI transactions.
  4. One user would receive the cashback of 500 YER only once during the entire promotion period.
  5. The cashback would be credited instantly into the ONE Cash wallet of the user who will fulfill all the promotional offer conditions.

The offer would be communicated to everyone via the following:

  1. ONE Cash website
  2. ONE Cash Facebook page
  3. ONE Cash agent shops
  4. ONE Cash app notifications and/ or SMS

Other Terms & Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published, ONE Cash Terms and Conditions.

  1. ONE Cash, with the prior approval of the Board, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to canvassing or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. ONE Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any technical or commercial reason. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be published on the ONE Cash website (onecashye.com) and ONE Cash Facebook page (facebook.com/onecashye) .
  3. Any individual or group of individuals, who are prohibited by the law of residential country, will not be eligible for the promotional offers.
  4. No one from ONE Cash Call Center and service personnel will ask for PIN and/ or OTP. Kindly do not reply if anyone asks.
  5. The discount may be reversed from those accounts where any suspicious transactions are observed.
  6. If there is any dispute, ONE Cash’s decision will be deemed as final.
