Lucky Draw Week 2

Promotion Details

1. A weekly lucky draw would be run during 7-13 December’23 (the “Promotion Period”) in which winners would be chosen via a random selection process.
2. Various prizes (e-money) would be awarded to all winners, who will be selected during the process.

How to Participate:

1. Customers would have to self-register a new One Cash wallet account during the Promotion Period and complete at least one Cash in transaction of >=5000YR from any One Cash agent.
2. Both self-registration and Cash in transaction should be done within the promotion period i.e., 7-13 Dec’23.

Who is not Eligible:

1. ONE Cash users who have self-registered or registered their accounts prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
2. Users who register their account from any channel other than self-mode during the promotion period. This would include registrations done via One Cash agents and/or One Cash ambassadors.
3. ONE Cash employees (direct & indirect), their family members and channel partners are NOT eligible for the promotional offer.

Transactions not Included:

Transactions like Send money, Cash out, Merchant payment or any other financial transaction, would NOT be considered valid for promotion entry.

Winners and Prizes:

1. There would be 35 winners during the Promotion Period.
2. The total number of winners and respective prize money will be awarded as per below given table:

Notification to Winners:

1. Every winner will be informed about the prize via any one or more of the following means: SMS, ONE Cash notification and a call from ONE Cash Contact Center.

Selection Process

1. Winners would be selected by ONE Cash via a random selection process, which would be conducted internally by One Cash.

Prize Distribution

1. The lucky draw for the selection of winners will be conducted on 14-Dec-23.
2. All the winners would receive e-money in their ONE Cash wallet accounts on or before 15-Dec-23.
3. The winners would also be announced via a post on ONE Cash Facebook page, which would include, but not limited to, users name.
4. ONE Cash would also try to do testimonial (picture and/ or video) with the user who wins the top prize of 100,000 YER.

Promotion Communication:

The offer would be communicated to everyone via the following:
1. ONE Cash website
2. ONE Cash Facebook page
3. ONE Cash app notifications and/ or SMS
4. The users can visit any of the above locations to get detailed information about the promotional offer.

Other Terms & Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published, ONE Cash Terms and Conditions.

1. ONE Cash reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to canvassing or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. ONE Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotional offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any technical or commercial reason without prior notice or any legal liability. Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the target users.
3. ONE Cash Agents and Merchants and their employees, employees of ONE Cash, ONE Cash Key Accounts, and any other supplier or third party directly involved with the facilitation of this Promotion and their immediate families and dependents are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. E-money will be credited directly into the targeted users’ ONE Cash wallets.
5. No one from ONE Cash Call Center and service personnel will ask ONE Cash Customer for PIN and/ or OTP. ONE Cash Customers shall not reply if asked.
6. These terms and conditions and this promotional offer shall NOT apply to any suspicious transactions which will be subject to ONE Cash general policies.
7. ONE Cash has the sole authority to decide over any dispute arising out of or connected to these terms and conditions.
